𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐬 (4 Positions)*

- *Gender:* 2 Females and 2 Male

- *Job Type:* Full-time

- ⁠- **Responsibilities:**

1. Provide accurate and up-to-date information to students about courses, universities, and visa procedures.

2.Assist students in choosing the right country and educational institution based on their academic background and career goals.

3.Maintain relationships with students and address any queries they may have.

4.Guide students through the application and visa process efficiently.

5.Attend seminars, workshops, and training sessions as required.

6. Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality

- **Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in any discipline (preferably in a related field).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).

- Previous experience in counseling is an advantage but not mandatory.

𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁 (1 Position)**

- **Gender:* Female (1)

- **Job Type:** Full-time

- **Responsibilities:**

1.Greet visitors and manage front-desk activities.

2.Handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and maintain visitor logs.

3.Provide general administrative support to the office.

4.Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.

- **Qualifications:**

- Minimum HSC or equivalent.

- Good communication skills in both English and Bengali.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.
